Project description

Azvi, as part of its non-residential construction activities, is undertaking the design and construction of the new Humanitas Educational Centre in Madrid’s El Cañaveral neighbourhood. The complex, which will operate under the name Humanitas Bilingual School El Cañaveral, will feature state of the art facilities to provide high-quality education from Early Childhood to Upper- Secondary (Bachillerato).

The project is being developed under a public land concession, which includes both the construction and operation of a state-subsidised private school offering Early Childhood (2nd cycle), Primary and Secondary Education, with a 75-year management period. The school is scheduled to open in September 2025.
