Infrastructure and conventional tracks preventive treatment Plan. 2009-2010
These works are executed for the Tarragona, Valencia, Albacete and Córdoba Maintenance Management.
The preventive treatments are the infrastructure and track accurate defects; the turnout complete and partial treatment; the track and turnout tamp; the rail fastening checking and change; the level crossing maintenance, the rail substitution, etc... In addition, it will be accomplished the necessary complementary works in the infrastructure and track to guarantee the railway traffic in case of incidents.
Conventional tracks and general interest networks Fire Prevention Plan. 2008-2010
Clearing works, pruning, felling and herbicide treatment, in a 8 metres maximum width in both sides of the track.
Maintenance and conservation of switch gear and turnouts. Madrid - Sevilla High Speed Railway Line. 2006 - 2009
Maintenance and repair of the switch gear and turnouts in the Madrid – Sevilla High Speed line.
Maintenance of infrastructure and track of Section I. High Speed Railway Line Madrid - Zaragoza - Barcelona - French Border
Maintenance of 170 km of high speed train line (track and infrastructure).
Track maintenance plan. 2004 - 2007
The work basically consists of maintenance of tracks, switch gear and level crossings and the revision, repair and replacement of the material in the following lines: El Escorial - PK 128+200, La Encina - Mogente - Castellón - Salou, Alcázar - La Encina - Alicante, Córdoba - La Roda and Valencia - Cercanías.

Maintenance contracts
Operations of maintenance of level of service and security based on a Service of Vigilance responsible for the correction of anomalies and attention to incidences (retire roadbed of obstacles, attention to broken down vehicles, anomalous situations of the traffic due to meteorological phenomena, accidents, etc.), always in contact with the Center of Control and in permanent coordination with the Guardia Civil, DGT and other services.
The maintenance and improvement operations are programmed works that take to keep the road in a suitable level of maintenance and service (maintenance and improvement of roadbeds, lighting, drainages, etc...).
