New Corporate Headquarters for the IDEA Agency in the Cartuja 93 Technology Park, Sevilla

The building is located on a plot of 3,364 m2 and has 6 floors on a gradient in the form of an “L” and two floors low gradient for car parks. The building is to be constructed using a modular metal structure and the standardisation of elements to help reduce waste generation.

Real-estate project which is being developed in the surrounding area of the new ADIF station in Málaga. The building has 8 floors, on which there are 352 housing units, including two and three bedroom apartments, commercial spaces and an interior space destined for a large area with gardens, an area for leisure activities, children’s play area and swimming pools.
